These Terms are a contract between you and INDEXERA UAB (code 308066877, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania), which runs Synthly at https://synthly.cloud. "Synthly", "we" and "us" mean INDEXERA UAB. Use Synthly and you're bound by these Terms. Don't agree — don't use it.
1. Eligibility
18 or over only. One person or organisation, one account, real details.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials and any API keys private. Everything done through your account counts as yours. See something wrong? Email [email protected] without delay.
3. What Synthly is
Synthly runs distillation pipelines: crews of AI agents that read your feeds, documents and channels and return the few lines that matter. You chain agents into stages — gather, condense, verify — and run a pipeline on a schedule, from a webhook or over its REST endpoint, settling usage against one token balance. Runs reach into third-party models and services as each step needs. Available models and connectors may change, and we may adjust or withdraw parts of the platform.
4. Your inputs and outputs
Your inputs stay yours. You grant us only the licence we need to process them and pass them to the models and services a run uses. Your outputs are yours too, so far as we hold any rights in them, provided you stick to these Terms. Note the nature of AI: output can be wrong, unsafe or resemble what others receive, and agents act autonomously once dispatched — so you own what your pipelines do and what they send to connected services, and you should check output before relying on it. We do not train our own models on your inputs or outputs.
5. Model keys and connected services
A run sends your input to the AI models and connected services it uses — ours or the accounts you link. You can attach your own provider keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, xAI) and connect services such as Slack, Telegram, RSS, webhooks or plain HTTP. Those accounts must be yours to use and you follow each provider's terms; anything they bill you is separate from Synthly tokens. Credentials are stored encrypted and decrypted only inside the run engine.
6. Fair use
Our Acceptable Use Policy binds you as part of these Terms. Nothing unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive toward the platform. We can suspend or close accounts that ignore it.
7. Tokens and payment
Synthly is paid for in tokens — one-off top-ups listed on the Pricing page, with no subscription and no renewal. A run reserves tokens when it starts and debits them on settlement; a failed run hands its reservation back. Every movement lands on an append-only ledger showing the balance after it. Taxes (VAT) are added where due. A third-party provider processes payment. Refund rules live in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Our intellectual property
Synthly's software, design and name belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform — not to copy, resell or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.
9. Warranties and liability
Synthly and its output are provided as is, with no warranties beyond what the law requires. Output is not professional advice. As far as the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months, or EUR 100 if greater. Liability that can't legally be excluded stays, and your consumer rights are untouched.
10. Suspension and closure
Close your account whenever. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms or the AUP, or where the law requires.
11. Updates
We may revise these Terms and will signal material changes; keep using Synthly and you accept them.
12. Governing law
Lithuanian law governs, and the Lithuanian courts decide disputes — consumers keep their home-country rights and courts. Consumers may also go to Lithuania's State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, https://vvtat.lt), or, elsewhere in the EU, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
