Part of the Terms of Use, this policy covers what you may not do on Synthly (https://synthly.cloud), run by INDEXERA UAB. Because your pipelines act on their own once dispatched, whatever they generate and do — including actions on connected services — is your responsibility.

Prohibited

Don't use Synthly to:

• do or promote anything illegal;
• produce content that sexualises or exploits minors — reported to the authorities, always;
• encourage or enable violence, terrorism, self-harm or serious harm;
• harass or threaten people, or spread hate and discrimination;
• run fraud, scams or phishing, or impersonate anyone;
• create deepfakes or doctored media meant to deceive or defame, or intimate imagery without consent;
• spread disinformation aimed at deceiving the public or interfering with elections;
• make malware or exploits, or point agents at breaking into, scraping without permission, disrupting or overloading any system;
• blast spam or bulk unsolicited messages through connectors such as Slack, Telegram, webhooks or HTTP;
• use keys, credentials or accounts you aren't entitled to;
• infringe intellectual property or mishandle other people's personal data;
• get around token metering, the reserve/release logic, rate limits or security controls, or share accounts and keys to dodge limits;
• wire agent output into safety-critical or high-risk systems without proper human review, testing and legal sign-off.

Run pipelines with care

Give each agent only the access its step needs, check output before acting on it, and don't assume generated content or actions are correct or secure. Flag AI-generated content where the law or a platform expects it, and follow the terms of the models and services your runs use.

Enforcement

We may take down content, restrict features, revoke keys or suspend and close accounts for breaches — with or without notice — and report serious cases. We can review activity to keep Synthly running and safe, but we don't have to monitor it.
